Lol, what on God's green earth is this 'thing'?
that is a James Coney Island (a hotdog restaurnt) chillidog with cheese and relish.In Texas when we say chilli we mean like the soup, in New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona when we say chilli you get chilli pepper sauce.
